How to upgrade to the new version?
Please contact us if you really want to do it. Our fees are:
$100 for the script update (with a new clean database and a default template).
Additional $100 for the database update (which saves all user and admin data and all the settings from the old version).
The "tpl" (template) folder will be new after the script version change, so if you made any changes to the script before, you'll have to make them again for the new script version.
From $200 up to $300 for the template renewal if you'll leave that work to us.
What is developer version & User Version?
In Developer version the client will get the full source code. In User version the client will have the Template files and Style Sheets open but the php files will be encoded.

We have another service called custom design service in which we will provide you support in changing the design of the script, languages, style sheet etc
Can I amend the feature or add new feature by myself?
Enterprise Version - In this version you will be provided with full source code in which you can add or delete even the functional part also. But user version you can’t edit the function PHP files as it would be encoded.

You need to send a requisition mail to us and get the license renewed to Enterprise edition. We would charge the setup fee 50$ and the license fee

Installation
How to install the script by myself?
Please, carefully follow the instructions from our download area. For your convenience they are stated here:
1. First we will send your script by e-mail with your zip file and license key for your domain.
2. Note that if you will have to buy the additional license to change the domain. The script cannot be installed on any other domain than on the one you have the license for.
3. Upload the files from the archive to your server. Upload the files in binary mode only.
4. Set write permission to ‘vars.php' in following folder.
5. Run the install.php script and follow the instructions. For example:
   http://www.yourdomain.com/install.php
How to edit or add contents in my Home page or FAQ or terms & conditions ( or in template folders)
First, you may want to know which template files you want to change. To do so, go to the templates folder on your domain (under root folder). Copy the file you want to edit or change content to your local pc and edit it through any text editor like dream weaver. While editing content please don't make any changes on html or php code.
How to translate AJ HYIP product to another language?
Translating AJ HYIP products are as simple as editing the template files and translate the English texts. All the user's interface messages, the error messages and e-mail messages are stored in databases. The error message and e-mail messages are translated by the administrator. These FAQs can be translated in the admin back-end.
How to set the write (or any other) permissions to any folder?
It depends on your ftp client.
The easiest way for you is to login to your control panel, find 'File Manager' and change permissions with this 'File Manager' (if you have such option).
How to ask us to install the script?
So provide us with your FTP info (host/login/password) and MySQL info (database/host/user/password) Post the Ticket Form and ask for the installation.
If you do not know whether do you have the MySQL database or if you do not know how to create it please provide us with your C Panel login info.
We'll make the installation for $50. But if you break something in your script or have any other problems with not our fault, the reinstallation will cost you $20.

How to find out my FTP and MySQL login info or CPanel login?
You can usually find this info in the first e-mail you receive when purchasing the hosting.
Just contact your hosting provider if you have any problems finding the hosting access info.
The sign up confirmation URL in the confirmation e-mail users receive when they sign seems not to work. What can I do?
This is because of the incorrect site URL settings.
It must be the URL of your instal (i.e. http://www.yourdomain.com/AJ HYIP/) don't include the ending slash Login into your AJ HYIP administrator panel and check the URL under settings / general settings
I found the e-mail sending to the user in AJ HYIP not working. Do I have any option to change in admin panel to make it work?
No. first you should double check that e-mails addresses are correct. If so, then the problem could be in your send mail server (or the SMTP server you use)
AJ HYIP only makes a call to php mail() function which simply passed the parameters to send mail according to the send mail path file. So the problem could be in your send mail server.
Tell me how to precede installing AJ HYIP considering I am using Cpanel to administrate my server?
If your provider provides you cpanel to administrate your server, you can still use AJ HYIP installation script but you must first setup the database through the following steps.
* Login into cpanel
* Access the MYSQL administration page
* Create a new MYSQL user entering username and password
* Create a new database
Grant privileges for the user you created for the new database
Now you start installing the script as described in the AJ HYIP installation manual. When you will be requested for the MySQL database information, select using an existing database and enter the host (usually local host) and the username and password of the user you created in the cpanel. The database name is the one you also created in your cpanel MySQL administration page.
Complete the install script as described in the AJ HYIP installation manual.

How to order the design or a banner?
If you want to choose the pre-made template from our site then first of all you should buy script and activate your license by entering the domain you will use HYIP Manager on.
Then you will be able to choose one (or several) of our pre-built templates. You can use our free template or buy a paid one. Download it and upload all files from an archive to your host where you have installed the script.
You can order us a custom unique design and/or banner you want any time. You can even do it before you buy the script. The custom design service will cost you starting from $150. You should provide us with a basic info about the design you want us to create (images you want, colors banner text and format and etc.) via the e-mail sales@ajsquare.com and we'll calculate the cost and the time we need to finish the job.
We'll start the job as soon as we receive payment.
How to change the wording or the design by myself?
Feel free to modify the .css file and any .tpl file in the /tmpl/ folder with your favorite html editor to make the user and the general areas suit your needs.
You cannot change or modify the .php files, they are encoded.
We do not pass or distribute our scripts' source to our customers in any way for the security reasons. So if you want to make any changes to the script you'll have to order this job from us.
But you can get open source software In Developer version.
Can I change or customize my template skin?
